Tyler Beckman has lived in Appleton for the past 27 years. He graduated from the UW Oshkosh with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and quickly began growing his Real Estate career that started in college at the age of 19. Tyler has 8 years of experience in Real Estate with over 550 homes sold! Tyler enjoys all Real Estate transactions with his favorite being the opportunity to work with sellers and working with investors to begin and/or expand their portfolio. Tyler ranks near the top in the Northeast WI region year after year in sales volume and credits his hard work, care for his clients, and ability to adapt and leverage technology in today's ever changing market for the team success. Kate Beckman, Tyler Beckman's wife, joined the team shortly after they got married in 2017. Kate previously graduated from UW Oshkosh with a BSN RN and worked as a Labor & Delivery, Mom & Baby and Pediatric Nurse before passing her Real Estate boards and becoming a member of Beckman Properties. Kate works alongside Tyler as his assistant, marketing expert, and lead generator. Kate also spends time teaching other agents within Beckman Properties about marketing strategy and targeting. When Kate isn't working she enjoys spending time with family and shopping for their sweet baby boy!
Cole came to Beckman Properties from Milwaukee, WI. After graduating from UW-Milwaukee with a Communication degree, Cole spent 2 summers playing baseball professionally. Once done playing, Cole enjoyed 5 years as recruiting coordinator on UW-Milwaukee's baseball coaching staff. During this time, Cole also learned the real estate industry while becoming an active investor, executing numerous real estate transactions, ranging from fix and flips to buy and hold rentals. He still manages his rental portfolio and is always searching for his next investment. Cole became an agent for Beckman Properties in April of 2018 after moving to the Fox Valley and has successfully helped sell more than 15 homes in his first 6 months. He enjoys helping his clients feel the great satisfaction of obtaining their real estate goals, whether it is buying their first home, selling their home of 25 years, or finding their next investment property. When Cole is not showing homes or scouring listings, you may find him on the golf course, coaching youth baseball players, or enjoying family time with his wife and son.
Jorge Fonseca has lived in Appleton for the last four years. He worked in finance while attending college and quickly worked his way up the financial chain. Jorge worked five years in finance with his final two years specializing in lending. During this time Jorge met Tyler and developed an interest in Real Estate. Jorge became an agent for Beckman Properties in July of 2020 and sold more than five houses within his first two months! Being bilingual in English and Spanish gives him the opportunity to help a large variety of people find the home of their dreams! When he's not working with clients, Jorge enjoys going on walks with his dog, spending time with family, and cheering on the Wisconsin sports teams.
Cassie became a licensed agent and came to Beckman Properties in the Spring of 2020. She worked as a Medical Laboratory Technologist in Green Bay before deciding to become more involved in her and her husband's real estate investment company. Through their business, Cassie has been involved in numerous transactions leading to many learning opportunities and involvement in both the buying and selling side of the industry. This career change has opened many doors, including sharing her passion for real estate investment and the joy of home ownership with her clients. Whether purchasing your first home, or your 10th, the process can seem overwhelming. Cassie's attention to detail and constant communication will ease the uncertainty and simplify the process. She recognizes and values the trust her clients place in her and strives to exceed their expectations. Living in Little Suamico, Cassie has experience and knowledge in the real estate market from north Oconto County on south to Appleton. When not working, you will find Cassie enjoying family time with her husband and their four children.
